Shipping
When will I receive my order and what are the shipping costs?
We offer two different shipping options so you can flexibly decide how quickly you would like to receive your order:
- International Standard Shipping: The standard delivery time is 9 to 11 days
- International Express Shipping: For faster delivery, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link for express shipments, which allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should you change your mind, you can return the item to us under the following conditions:
1. Cancellation Period
You have the right to cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically took possession of the package.
2. Requirements for a Successful Return
To ensure a full refund, please observe the following points:
- The item (the Magic Crystal Ball) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective films and the complete scope of delivery (charging cable, user manual).
- Digital data (personal uploaded videos/images) must be deleted from the device before returning it.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send the package back to us without prior notice. Contact our support team in advance at [insert your email address] and provide your order number. We will then send you the exact return address and all further instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs incurred for returning the item are to be borne by the buyer. We strongly recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.
5. Refund Process
As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked for proper condition, we will notify you by email.
- The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Note: The original shipping costs (e.g., €4.99 for standard or €8.99 for express) are generally not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

It arrived very quickly and was well packaged, works perfectly, but it's a little difficult to upload the video the first time, but then it's easy. You need to connect it while it's off to the laptop and then turn it on to upload the videos.

I received it in a very nice condition, I haven't used it yet, but the downside is that the manual does not come in Spanish. The sphere is a bit too heavy to hang, but it comes with the stand for the sphere and the cable to connect to the PC. It arrived well-packaged and within the stipulated date.

I have two different versions from different sellers. This version has wifi, everything loads perfectly and plays beautifully. The shipping cost is half the price of the product, but it's worth it. The one from the other supplier (connected via cable to the computer) seems to load, but only plays music and for some reason doesn't show the picture. It's only clear that the standard one was on the ring. So I recommend buying from here.

Ok, after fooling around with this is bit, i got it working.
Step 1: ignore most of the instructions, they're wrong.
Step 2: charge it all the way up before messing with it, else it won't let you start uploading stuff to it
Video: you can use most any software to convert your videos over. 480x480 mp4 is what is needed, though mine does just fine with 720p videos converted by clipchamp (free, windows video editor). You lose some of the the edges, but can go with the lower 480p too. You have to manually change from one video to the next.
Photos: you need to make a folder called 'picture' on the device. In there put some 480x480 96dpi photos. Lower dpi (eg 72, like taken by many cameras) doesn't work. Again, free photo editor will help you out here. I found 400x400 size to look the best. Like video, you have to manually switch, it doesn't cycle on its own.
Now, you can't switch between video and photo. You have to remove any videos, else the photos are ignored.

Good image quality. I recommend leaving a margin around when editing so that the video fits better when viewing it on the ball.
The instructions indicate how to download a program to edit the videos. But it's not necessary to use that one. You can use any program you want to edit. As long as the video is in 480x480p format in mp4 and the audio uses the mp3 codec.
To put some negative points: you have to manually scroll through the videos with the button at the back (which is very small). And the volume sounds low (you have to increase it a lot beforehand in editing).
